In the Beginning...
Founded in 2014, CLAP ! Ça Tourne ! was created to support audiovisual and film project leaders by providing human and material resources.
Over the years, this approach has evolved into a more collective model, focused on the creation and production of projects led by its members.
Since 2026, it has transformed into a collective of writers, directors, technicians, amateurs, and professionals. Always passionate about image and sound and united by film and audiovisual creation.
The association develops, produces, and supports works led by its members through a collaborative, non-profit approach.

We share our skills, knowledge, expertise, and equipment to create our projects.
We welcome anyone who shares our passion for creating, even when it goes against the logic of profit.
We believe that mutual support is essential, and we work together to bring these projects to life.
In 2023, the association helped produce the short film BLOOD FOR BLOOD (SANG POUR SANG), a psychological thriller available on video-on-demand platforms in North America.
In 2022, the very short film VALENTIN, a social drama about sexual violence, was directed and produced with the support of the association

The association has also facilitated the creation of web series, the latest of which is:
ENCLAVE: The Four of Neuville (originalement : ADES' kids),
) which was selected for numerous international film festivals from 2023 to 2024
Visit the series' website.
From 2015 to 2019, the association produced the web series CØLLATERAL and REFUGE.

Do you have a project? Would you like to participate in one of our film shoots?
We are a collective: concrete projects, limited resources, and a shared desire to create.
How about joining us?
If you're interested in creating, you're welcome to join us.
There is no typical candidate, but you must be willing to be part of a team effort.
Absolutely!
If you have an idea, we can discuss it. The projects are then reviewed collectively to see if they can be realized under the right conditions.
Feasible projects!
We prioritize formats that fit our budget: minimal sets—or outdoor locations; a small crew; and a streamlined production process.
More ambitious projects are possible, but they generally require outside funding or a strong network.
Not in the traditional sense.
Above all, the association provides a framework, equipment, and expertise.
Some projects are self-funded, while others may be eligible for external funding, but we do not guarantee funding.
It depends on the project.
When necessary and feasible, certain positions (such as actors or technicians) may be compensated.
However, a large portion of the projects also relies on volunteer participation.
The goal is to remain consistent with the available resources, without making false promises.
No.
We operate on a project basis.
You get involved when you feel like it and when you can.
The authors.
The association provides a framework for creating and producing works, but does not claim ownership of them.
We provide tools for writing and preparing projects.
Their use is shared among members, with some restrictions to ensure that everyone can benefit from them.
Because we don't create on our own.
The association brings together expertise, resources, and organizational support to make projects a reality that would be difficult to carry out on one’s own.
That's perfect timing!
In 2021, we drafted a “ Guide : comment faire un film ? ”
We wanted to share our hands-on experience to help those who are looking to get started.
So, it's available for free, with no registration required or anything like that.
Let’s create together, using the resources we have.
No unrealistic promises, but a genuine desire to bring projects to life.
Nous publions sur Cineaste.org et d’autres sites de ce type afin de trouver des passionné·e·s comme nous.
